Can you service multiple sites across a portfolio?

Yes. We run route-based service across Chicagoland with one point of contact, consistent scopes, and documented visits per site — built for property managers and multi-site accounts that need the same standard at every location.

Are you insured, and can you provide a COI?

Yes. We carry general liability and workers' comp and issue Certificates of Insurance naming your entity or property as additional insured on request. Vendor packets with W-9 and references are available for onboarding.

How do you prove the work was actually done?

Documented, photo-verified visits. Your facilities contact receives service confirmation and photos, so you have a record for every site without having to chase it.
